Gold Trimmed Tree-Christmas Card 3

Maraiah Crystal, 11/29/2014

Thank you for joining me today introducing the third card in my 2014 Christmas Series. Here I am featuring Lawn Fawn’s Trim the Tree stamp and die set. You can find them at LawnFawn.com. I just love their stamps, I think that they are just so cute and so original-just like many other stamps-but I love the cuteness of bringing in little critters into so many projects.

Let me just say that this card is really simple to make but at the same time has a little more detail involved, not so much water coloring or coloring with markers but it has a different technique to embossing. At least the embossing technique is new to me. Well, let me just say, it took me a while to figure out how create this finish, but I did it and I am here to share it with you.

My inspiration for this card came from Lawn Fawn’s intro video to their Trim the Tree stamp and die set. I just love the technique that was used to put this card together.

The tools that I used in the making of this card are:
Trim the Tree stamp and die set, www.LawnFawn.com
Fine Gold Embossing Powder, by Ranger-I got mines from www.Joann.com
Neenah White Cardstock 65lb, from www.OfficeDepot.com

EK Success Tweezer Tool- www.Target.com
